Why am I asked to sign in again?

BlackBox Global keeps a sign-in going for about three days. After that, the app needs you to sign in again before it can fetch anything new. Everything already saved stays on your phone and stays readable in the meantime. Sign in whenever you want fresh numbers.

I signed in on my computer and the app signed out

BlackBox Global allows one signed-in place at a time, so signing in on another device ends the app's sign-in. Your saved numbers stay on the phone. Sign in again in the app when you want to refresh them.

Can I look around without an account?

Yes. On the sign-in strip, tap Try sample data. Everything you then see is made up. Tap the strip again when you are done and the sample numbers are cleared away.

How do I remove everything?

In the app, open Settings and tap Clear saved data. Deleting the app also deletes everything it saved.
